I have read at least half a dozen newspaper articles confirming that the World Health Organization (WHO) has demanded that immunizations for H1N1 virus will be MANDATORY, enforced by the military in France, Switzerland and Greece. This leads people to wonder if this will become mandatory in the USA or other countries as well. If you are forced to take the immunization, with the military enforcing it, here are some tips on how to avoid the bad side effects of this vaccination, which no one knows what the side affects will be short term or long term.

Dr Blaylock's List of suggestions on How to Reduce the Toxic Effects of the A/H1N1 Vaccine, is as follows:

1. Number one on the list says Dr Blaylock, is to bring a cold pack with you and place it on the site of the injection as soon as you can, as this will block the immune reaction. Once you get home, continue using a cold pack throughout the day. If you continue to have immune reactions the following day, have cold showers and continue with the cold press.

2. Take fish oil. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), one of the omega 3 fatty acids found in fish oil supplements, is a potent immune suppressant. If you take high dose EPA you will be more susceptible to infections, because it is a powerful immune suppressant. However, in the case of an immune adjuvant reaction, you want to reduce it. Studies show that if you take EPA oil one hour before injecting a very powerful adjuvant called lipopolysaccharide (LPS), it would completely block the ability of the LPS to cause brain inflammation. Take a moderate dose everyday and more if needed to tame a cytokine storm.

Flavanoids are third on the list, namely curcumin, quercetin, ferulic acid and ellagic acid, particularly in a mixture. The curcumin and quercetin in particular have been found to block the ability of the adjuvants to trigger a long-term immune reaction. If you take it an hour before the vaccination, it should help dampen the immune reactions says Dr Blaylock.

4. Vitamin E, the natural form that is high in gamma-E will help dampen the immune reactions and reduces several of the inflammatory cytokines.

5. An important ingredient on the list is Vitamin C at a dose of 1000 mg, taken four times a day between meals. It is a very potent anti-inflammatory and should be taken in a buffered form, not as ascorbic acid, says Dr Blaylock.

According to Dr Blaylock, fatal reactions to vaccines in aboriginal and African children occurred in those who were deficient in carotinoids, like astaxanthin. It is a good protection against the toxic effects of the vaccine.

7. Likewise, it was found that children who were deficient in zinc had a high mortality rate. Zinc is very protective against vaccine toxicity. (Do not use zinc mixed with copper however, as copper is a major trigger of free-radical generation according to Dr Blaylock).

9. Take a multivitamin-mineral daily one that does not contain iron. This multivitamin-mineral is to make sure your body has plenty of B vitamins and selenium. Selenium, said Dr Blaylock, is very important for fighting viral infections and it reduces the inflammatory response to vaccines.

10. Magnesium citrate/maleate 500 mg of elemental magnesium two capsules, three times a day. (This was not mentioned during the show, but was posted at Dr Deagle's website, ClayandIron.com">http://www.clayandiron.com/newsjhtml?method=view&news.id=2103>ClayandIron.com.

11. What is very important is vitamin D3, which is the only `vitamin' the body can manufacture from sunlight (UVB). It is a neural hormone, not really a vitamin says Dr Blaylock and helps if you are over-reacting immunologically by cooling down the reaction. Similarly, if you are under-reacting, it helps to boost your immune response. In addition it also protects against microorganism invasion.

Black people and those in colder climates are particularly deficient, so they will almost certainly require supplementation.

Dr Blaylock recommends that following vaccination it will help to keep the immune reaction under control if:

i) All children get 5,000 units a day for two weeks after the vaccine and then 2,000 a units a day thereafter;

ii) Adults get 20,000 units a day after the vaccine for two weeks, then 10,000 units a day thereafter;

iii) And with that adults should take 500-1000 mg of calcium a day and children under the age of 12 years should take 250 mg a day, as vitamin D works more efficiently in the presence of calcium.

12. Ensure you avoid all mercury-containing seafood or any other sources of mercury, as the heavy metal is a very powerful inducer of autoimmunity, is known to make people more susceptible to viral infections and will be in H1N1 vaccines.

13. Avoid the oils that significantly suppress immunity and increase inflammation - such as corn, safflower, sunflower, soybean, canola and peanut oils.

14. Drink very concentrated white tea at least four times a day. It helps to prevent abnormal immune reactions.

15. Pop parsley and celery in a blender and drink 8 ounces of this mixture twice a day. Dr Blaylock says the parsley is very high in a flavonoid called apigenin and that celery is high in luteolin.

-Three things you should do to PREVENT anyone medically from VIOLATION of your PERSONAL MEDICAL INTOLERANCES.

Sheila's opinion: I have so many thoughts about this and how it relates to signs of the last days; and our vanishing rights; and that this might exterminate a HUGE amount of people or make them more sick than the flu would; and might end up with chronic illness due to this untested (therefore unsafe) immunization; and images of Aldous Huxley's book "1984" where they were all forced to take drugs to control their behavior; and cameras and microphones were EVERYWHERE in their lives 24/7, a system called "Big bother"and that people who already have natural immunity to it will be forced at gunpoint to take this shot, and the articles I listed told the diseases this immunization can cause, including lupus and fibro and chronic fatigue syndrome...so a HUGE segment of the world will be too sick to function, which will mess up the economy even more...I just see the world spiraling out of control really quickly in the next few years, until the Lord will say "OK that's ENOUGH! Time for me to return before they all destroy themselves body and soul."
Imagine this. A Dr. or nurse with 2 not-so-eager military men with guns ring your doorbell. You answer, and the Dr. says "I see you are a registered resident. We are here to give you the mandatory flu shot. Extend your arm and take it peacefully and we'll be on our way."
So would I rebel? Would I rebel to the point that they shoot me? Would I rather be shot than suffer the effects of that injection, since they will be injecting small amounts of the flu virus in a body who is already too ill to bear normal stresses? Would I shut up and take it and just keep suffering the way I am now until I pass away?
This also reminds me of the mark in the beast, to be put on the forehead or on the right hand, mandatory or you can't buy or sell anything, and those who decline could be put into concentration camps...but those who take this mark will be cast out of the kingdom of God!
I am not afraid of death. I have been there. I know what it's like. I AM afraid of MORE suffering, worse than what I have been suffering already, with no help available.
Since I am in a country with VERY GOOD anti-virals, I am hoping I won't have to deal with this situation, but my heart aches for every person who WILL have to think about those things! New York Nurses were FORCED to take it, so now are all those nurses going to get sick or die? We will see the affects of the shot on all those who were forced to take it, but will the WHO stop mandatory vaccinnations if it sees huge populations of immunized populations getting sick? Will they stop it in time?
I would not mind being off of this earth before the 7 years of intense tribulation that are supposed to happen before the Lord returns, but it is a sin to commit suicide, so maybe this shot is a method that will take a lot of people out of the tribulation.

Michael Jackson had lupus!

This interested me, because it helps me understand a lot of what Michael suffered with physically and emotionally alone. Its a very frustrating disease with little treatment or help because doctors understand so little about it. He might have been on multiple medications to help the multiple symptoms, because easing symptoms is the most usual way of handling lupus if the patient is not willing to take the dangerous medications that are often worse than the illness. It also explains why he had hired a Dr. to be at his beck and call 24/7. The one that was with him when he collapsed. The ravages of the illness itself could have caused his demise, but so could any medications he had been on, or the reaction of more than 1 medication he might have been taking.

    Anna Nicole Smith also had lupus, and died under similar circumstances as Michael.

Home: No place for Bible study.County demands pastor obtain $10,000 permit to host friends.Posted: May 22, 2009 By Drew Zahn.

A San Diego pastor and his wife claim they were interrogated by a county official and warned they will face escalating fines if they continue to hold Bible studies in their home.

The couple, whose names are being withheld until a demand letter can be filed on their behalf, told their attorney a county government employee knocked on their door on Good Friday, asking a litany of questions about their Tuesday night Bible studies, which are attended by approximately 15 people."Do you have a regular weekly meeting in your home? Do you sing? Do you say 'amen'?" the official reportedly asked. "Do you say, 'Praise the Lord'?"The pastor's wife answered yes.

She says she was then told, however, that she must stop holding "religious assemblies" until she and her husband obtain a Major Use Permit from the county, a permit that often involves traffic and environmental studies,compliance with parking and sidewalk regulations and costs that top tens of thousands of dollars. And if they fail to pay for the MUP, the county official reportedly warned,the couple will be charged escalating fines beginning at $100, then $200,$500, $1000, "and then it will get ugly."

Remind the world who's really in charge with the "Worship GOD, not GOV"magnetic bumper sticker from WND.Dean Broyles of the Western Center for Law & Policy, which has been retained to represent the couple, told WND the county's action not only violates religious land-use laws but also assaults both the First Amendment's freedom of assembly and freedom of religion.

"The First Amendment, in part, reads, 'Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,'" Broyles said. "And that's the key part: 'prohibiting the free exercise.' We believe this is a substantial government burden on the free exercise of religion."He continued, "If one's home is one's castle, certainly you would the think the free exercise of religion, of all places, could occur in the home."

Broyles confirmed the county official followed through on his threat. The pastor and his wife received a written warning ordering the couple to"cease/stop religious assembly on parcel or obtain a major use permit." "The Western Center for Law and Policy is troubled by this draconian move to suppress home Bible studies," said the law center in a statement. "If the current trends in our nation continue, churches may be forced underground. If that happens, believers will once again be forced to meet in homes. If homes are already closed by the government to assembly and worship, where then will Christians meet?"

On a personal note, Broyles added, "I've been leading Bible studies in my home for 13 years in San Diego County, and I personally believe that home fellowship Bible studies are the past and future of the church. If you look at China, the church grew from home Bible studies. I'm deeply concerned that if in the U.S. we are not able to meet in our homes and freely practice our religion, then we may be worse off than China."Broyles also explained to WND that oppressive governments, such as communist China or Nazi Germany, worked to repress home fellowships, labeling them the "underground church" or "subversive groups," legally compelling Christians to meet only in sanctioned, government-controlled "official" churches."Therein lies my concern," Broyles said. "If people can't practice their religious beliefs in the privacy of their own homes with a few of their friends, that's an egregious First Amendment violation.

"WND contacted a spokeswoman for San Diego County, who acknowledged the description of the incident seemed "bizarre," but who was unable to locate the details of the account. She simply could not provide comment yet, she said, until she could become familiar with the case. Broyles said the WCLP is nearly ready to file a demand letter with the county to release the pastor and his wife from the requirement to obtain the expensive permit. If the county refuses, Broyles said, the WCLP will consider a lawsuit in federal court. Broyles also told WND the pastor and his wife are continuing to hold the Bible study in their home.
